Twoflavanones,5,7,3’,5’-tetrahydroxyflavanone (1) dan 5,7,4’-trihydroxy-6-methylflavanone (2), were isolated from ethyl acetate fraction of Bauhinia hullettii Prain (Leguminoceae) bark. Molecular structures were determined on UV, IR, 1 H NMR,13C NMR, NMR 2D spectroscopy. Compound 1 is rare to find in the plants. Compound 1 and 2 were reported for the first time from this plant.
